| If your wanting it to look like whats picture aboved, you need to sand down the plenum by hand as if you were polishing it. Thats the only way to get a smooth show car finish like whats pictured above. The sandblasting will eat away at the tape. I dont have much experience in this and i'm not sure if it will nick the smooth finish that are in question. About powdercoating. Just take masking tape and place it nicely where you dont want painted. I found that the white circle things with sticky backs that you make notes on work perfectly to get the nice circle areas where the bolts go in. (If that last sentence or 2 made sense lol). They are found in the office supply aisle at walmart for a $1 or $2. Kyle
